4 Year Old, Red Lips After Putting Harpic In Lips. Washed Lips With Cold Water. What Precaution Should Be Done?
My 4 year old put harpic toilet cleaner on her lips but assured me she didn't swallow any. Her lips aren't burnt but are red raw which I'm not sure if I caused the redness - I washed her lips with lots of cold water, then continued to wipe her lips with a flannel then held the flannel to her lips for a few minutes. Is there anything else I need to do? I have asked her if she feels unwell but says she fine.

Avoid giving hot fluids.
Give plenty of fluida,fruit juices.
Give ice cream as it will have soothing effect.
