50, Male, Burning Stomach With Motion Immediately After Food Intake.

Hi Doctor,
my father aged 50 is facing problem as whenever he has is food he gets motion immediately.
normally he never used to add coconut and other fatty foods he usually maintains a very good diet.
He usually goes to bed around 10:30PM and then he will be in to deep sleep sharply by 1AM he is forced to wake up to Pass the motion daily... After that he could not sleep he will be complaining as his stomach is burning.. Kindly help me;.

hi
i would suggest a severe case of gastritis should be considered
possibly gerd

i will suggest you to get an ugi endoscopy with RUT
will also suggest usg abdomen and fbs/ppbs

i would suggest tab pantoprazole once daily half hour before breakfast
tab ranitidine at bedtime
and syr sucralfate - o 3 tsf four times daily
