Hi welcome,
Plz.check for any infection or have ingested any wrong.Frequency of watery stools can lead to dehydration.Give him ORS solution immediately.,and cotinue it every hour.
This may be due to signs of eruption of teeth.
You can give him Moong dal soup,rice water.

It may be due to gastroenteritis, keep feeding him ORS solution, consult ur doctor for examination and if necessary start antibiotics.
