6 Year Kid, Suffering From Conjunctivitis. Taking Medication, Not Cured. Can I Use Lotepred For Kid?

Hi Doctor,

My son has allergic conjuctivities since 3weeks, Doctor suggested Lotepred Ls for 4times/5days and 2times/5days. Even after using 10days it is not cured, after foolow up the doctor has advised to continue Lotepred LS for 1month 4times-1wk, 3times-1wk and so on. and also IF2 with this.

Please advice if i can use Lotepred for a 6years old kid for 1month?

Steroid eye drops are required in a child with allergic conjunctivitis.

Try and avoid the allergen if one is identified. (It is difficult to identify a allergen in most cases)

Please continue the treatment as advised by your doctor.
