68 Yrs, Diabetic. Difficulty Producing Semen After Climaxing, Severe Pain During Intercourse. Help

I am over 68yrs and have not been able produce semen after climaxinf and get severe pain from the process.. I am a diabetic insulin dependent for 31yrs I have had ed, peyronies desiease for 21 yrs I just amased how a 47yr marriage could survive but GOD HAS BEEN GOOD TO US. (5) DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL DRS. ONLY EVER STATED THAT BLOOD FLOWS TO THE PENIS. WHAT HELP COULD THAT HAVE BEEN. THOSE with MEN HAVING VERY VERY SIMILIAR SYSTOMS THEIR HAS TO BE AN ANSWER. I NOW HAVE FELT AS A SEXLESS MAN.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The organs which contribute in the formation of semen is as.
Testes==5 %
seminal vesicles==46-80 %
prostate==13-33%
bulbourethral gland==2-5 %.
Three factors are responsible for reduction in semen volume.
Infection ,
inflammation ,
age factors as age advances semen production reduces.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of genitals with M R I .
Consult urologist and get his opinion. Good luck. Dr. HET
