8 Year Daughter Has A Knot Under Her Nipple On Her Left Breast

My 8 year daughter has a knot under her nipple on her left breast. It feels about the size of the nipple. She says it is only sore if you mash it. Is this something common?

Do you have a family history of breast cancers? Because if that is the case, then you should be worried. Also check the size of it at regular intervals, if it is increasing, then it is a more sign of cancer. Anyway I would suggest you to take her to a Gynecologist or a Pediatric surgeon.
