A Small Skull Fracture Behind The Left Ear

I suffered a bad fall a week and a half ago. I went to the ER and had a ct which showed a small skull fracture behind the left ear. I also have a ruptured ear drum . I was told to take it easy for a while. I am an otherwise healthy 27 year old female. I am wondering when i can safely return to the gym and start running on the treadmill again

Thanks for the query
It is difficult to tell without seeing the scans whether or not u can start gymming again. gymming will increase the ICT which might worsen the situation so i also stringly suggest to take it easy for a while

Have a healthy livng
