Abdominal Flutter, Spotting, Negative Pregnancy Test. Scared

Had my period april 1 till.april.5 2012. Im.52. Years old had one tube pregnancy. My daughter is 33. Ive not had s period since im scared Everyone.tells me im in menopause . Had my period all year. Very sexually active.if im right I I should of just turned 16 weeks. Felt a little flutter in my left Abdomen . I have spottd twice taken 2 tests both neg. But i drink about. 3/4 gallon of water a dsy weighed 220 now down to.195

I understood your concern and My opinion is that if pregnacy test is negative than you ae not pregnant
If you would be a my patient than i would advise following test before telling you that everything is fine
1) Abdomen & pelvic USG
2) S TSH
3) FBSL/PPBSL
4) Endometrial sampling with pipelle curette
If everyhing comes normal than i will tell you that nothing to worry you are going to menopause period thats why you are having such symptoms
