although masturbation is very common and natural act, practiced by 99% of males , but when it becomes the habit and later comes to a point of addiction, it required treatment. yes, there are medications which would decrease your obsession with masturbation and would also decrease your sexual urge to certain extent, it should be combined with psychotherapy and behavioral therapy to give result quickly.please consult a Psychiatrist nearby.hope this helps you.
