Adiodiagnostic Scan Of Abdomen And Pelvics Aid Multiple Renal Cysts. Treatment?

in the radiodiagnostic foct scan of abdomen and pelvic ,the result Came: the prostate is of normal size and not homogenous parenchyma,in patient with history of prostate adenocarcinoma . -Multiple left renal cysts. - diverticulosis in sigmoid with mucosal thickening. -Bilateral inguinal lymph nodes what is meaning ,it is dangerous , what kind of treatment to be done in this case

Many people are detected to have cysts of kidneys on ultrasound scan. Only those patients who have trouble caused by the cysts such as pain or fever or swelling and discomfort in loins or those with family history of kidney failure or cysts developing at young age, say less than 20 years, will require any further evaluation. Most cysts fall under this category called simple renal cysts. if you are worried about the nature of cysts despite normal kidney function, you might have to get a CT scan with plain and I V contrast films to be able to accurately predict the nature of these cysts
