my hand is going num and is tingling my shoulder is in pain ive been having night sweats so do i need to go to the hospital or what

Always better to be safe than sorry...GO!!! It could be as major as a heart attack or as minor (even though it's not minor) as a pinched nerve in your neck or back. Please, don't question it 'til it happens, the outcome for a heart attack is early intervention...so go and make sure.
