Anxiety Attacks 34 Years Old

Hi I'm 34 and have recently started having anxiety attacks. I didn't want to take any strong medicine so the doctor at the ER suggested i go the natural way and drink Rooibos Tea. At the health food store they suggested I take LTO3 supplements also(3 a day). I realize the natural way might take longer but am I at least headed in the right direction for getting rid of this panicky feeling all the time?

Hi.. LTO 3 is again a herbal product that has been tried for anxiety disorders.  These medications again would take  sometime to see the effects of the condition.. Various other stress can also cause these symptoms.. If your symtoms are severe and is affecting dailly activities, you may need symptomatic medications..
