You are having several anxiety symptoms. Anxiety disorder is common after childbirth. They can also present as psychosomatic symptom like headache and sleep difficulty.
As you are in breastfeeding period then treatment need to be chosen carefully after discussing all treatment options from psychiatrist as medicines reach to baby through by breast milk. First try talking treatment like CBT (Cognitive behavior therapy), if it is ineffective or problem is severe then you can opt for drug treatment.
Apart from that get your blood pressure measured.
Till you meet psychiatrist, following non drug measures will also help you:
-Healthy diet: Milk and fruits in diet.
-Daily morning walk
-Breathing exercise, yoga and meditation (which you can learn from some expert in person)
Wish you Good Health and all the best.
