Any Idea About Green Substance In Urine After Cystoscopy?

IK had a cystoscopy two weeks (all was ok expect a benign bladder polyp) and have had some blood in urine. Urologist said it is normal. I am being treated for BPH with Alfuzosin (1 day on it) and when urinating had a green blob like substance come out?

Any idea?
