Any Suggestion For Arthritis In Foot After Removal Of Nerve?

I had a groth removed from my ankle they also removed a nerve then I got a bone infection all that as cleared up now I have also got arthritis in the same foot and im still having trouble walking I was walking ok before this operation can you help me

I understand your concern. Removal of the nerve from foot leads to loss of sensory function from the foot. It leads to injuries to the foot, which you may not sense due to absence of nerve.

Injuries leads to infections of the foot and degenerative joint disease called charcots joint. Arthritis of the foot in absence of nerve is charcots joint

You have to follow some instructions to protect your foot from injuries.
a) Use of good protective foot wear or shoes.
b) Daily inspection of your foot for injuries or abrasions. If you find any injuries, you have to keep those wounds clean and hygiene.
c) Regular washing of your foot before going to bed.
