Any Suggestion For Having Bulky Uterus?

hi doctor I did an ultra sound yesterday it says I have bulky uterus of 12.3 *5.5 *8 cm anteverted,endometrial thickness of3mm.A subserol fibroid of 5.1 *4.9 cm in the anterior wall and two intra mural fibroids of 3 cm each am 30 and has been trying to conceive for the past 6 years.Please advise me.

I think the best way will be to go for artificial reproductive techniques in your case, for conceiving, as there are no medicines for bulky uterus.
