Any Suggestion For Having Nausea, Bloating, Gas, Diarrhea, Tiredness?

I have been having nausea, bloating, gas, diarrhea over the last two weeks. I feel tired by the end of the day. My diarrhea is mostly at the end of the day. It is a brown mustard color, and mostly watery. Earlier in the day, my stool is formed, and a mustard color.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Nausea, bloating, and mustard colored diarrhoea is usually caused by gastroenteritis.
2 weeks is a long time to suffer hence I would advise you the following:Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination along with tests of stool and blood and get started on proper antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic treatment.
This will solve all your problems.
If there is no complete relief then there would be necessity for further investigations like CT scan and colonoscopy for further diagnosis and management.
