Any Suggestion For Weird Skin Tag Located In Fold Of Leg That Causes Itching In Thighs And Butt ?
The back of my thighs up to and including my butt have been itching almost non stop for a couple weeks. There is no noticeable rash, raised bumps or anything. I have not changed soaps, detergent, or anything. The only other thing I noted was what looks to be a weird skin tag that showed up almost overnight that was red and sore. No head like a pimple and only bled when I tried to squeeze it to see if it was a pimple or small cyst. It is located in the fold of my leg to the right of my labia. I have tried lotion, antifungal cream, tea tree oil. Nothing helps or doesn't for very long. The itching is driving me crazy!!

Any Suggestion For Weird Skin Tag Located In Fold Of Leg That Causes Itching In Thighs And Butt ?
Hello, Thanks for the query, You might have developed fungal infection. The area of groin around buttock is very moist and is prone to develop these infections. Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals. Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe. These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection. Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
