Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
the problem looks like cyclical vomiting syndrome.
There are no diagnostic tests
Diagnosis only clinical.
Each episode is same as previous one, starts at the same time of the day, last for same length of time, presents with same symptoms and same level of intensity.
Advised enough rest and sleep.
Propronalol, cyproheptadine and amytriptilene used with limited success.
Hope this reply is OK for you.
Further queries invited.
