Anything To Improve Memory Lost After Back Surgery For Herniated Disc ?
2 1/2 years ago last May had back surgery for herniated disc. Since then, memory poor. I do keep a weekly calendar (suggested at rehab). It s my Bible. But wonder if there s anything else I can do to improve memory - am 77 years, walk a fair amount. thanks

Cannot suggest you much it could be alzheimers disease that had an onset coinciding with your surgery. An indian herb brahmi is known to improve memory.
