Are WBCs In Urine Causing Fever In A Child?

hello my 2yr old is been diagonised with a liltle high WBC count of 12.4 . she is been put on antibitics for 5 days. and the doctor told she is also having some infection in urine, she is getting intermittent fever. i'm extremely worried . pls advise is there anything to be panic as her WBC count is high.

Hi,
It seems that she might be having bacterial infection, possibly due to acute urinary tract infection.
Continue with antibiotic medicine and within 2-3 days she will be alright.
Give her enough water and liquid and keep her well hydrated.
Keep her local hygiene of genital parts proper by cleaning the part while giving shower.
Ok and take care.
