Are Fingers Hurting Due To Lupus Or Pediatric Arthritis?

Hi, I m Fourteen. I had severe Mono in 2011. Well since then I have had issues with my fingers and thing hurting. The doctor says that my ana was high and then goes normal. They think that maybe it s just the Mono, but then the try to diagnose me with lupus. (we have found a direct link in my Ancestry.) what do you think, is it lupus or pediatric Arthritis?

From description it could be due to lupus arthritis.To pinpoint the diagnosis, complete physical examination and investigations like complete blood counts, ESR, RA factor, CRP, serum uric acid, serum creatinine, X-ray and MRI joints from a rheumatologist are needed.
