Are Nausea And Vomiting Side Effects Of Zythromycin Taken For Typhoid?
I have been diagnosed with typhoid 2 days ago. The night prior to diagnosis i collapsed and struck my head on the floor. I am taking Zythromycin now day 3. I have dizziness and nausea could this be related to head injury or is it symptoms of typhoid or side effects of medication. I don t have headache or vision impairment.

hi nausea and vomiting are the commonest side effects of any drug but if it is severe enough it may also due to high fever like typhoid or malaria.what ever might be the reason take vomikind tablet twice daily especially before taking any good.yes zythromycin commonest side effects are nausea and vomiting
