General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the symptoms you are experiencing may be related to a kidney infection. It can cause swelling in the legs. In this case, we prefer to use Ceftriaxone antibiotics. Diuretics can be used to reduce edema.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
