Are Tiredness And Bad Dreams Signs Of Food Poisoning?

Hi, I just returned from a 3 day festival and ate a slice of cheese that had been exposed to high temperature and was not kept cold for about 2 days now. My stomach was hurting for a bit about an hour or 2 afterwards and i thought I was feeling more tired. I haven't had much sleep in the past few days so I am tired anyway but right now i am REALLY tired and want to go to sleep but I am a bit scared because when I do try to fall asleep, for some reason the dreams are VERY realistic and I just woke myself up by making a weird noise. I was trying to wake myself up. it was weird. do i have food poisoning? am I alright or should I not fall asleep?
