My husband had ear infections and we spent over $300 in medications to get rid of it and nothing worked. It turns out it was some kind of candida infection from a local public swimming pool. We finally had a friend give us a mixture of 10 parts olive oil and 2 parts oil of oregano drops and used this. It cleared up within 2 days!!! You have to be careful not to burn the ear with too much oil of oregano but he used it 2-3 times a day for one week. He also ate garlic pills and oregano pills for one week and you need to drink lots. It worked and it was cheaper!

DONT GIVE YOUR BABY ANY OF THESE THINGS!!! These people are out if their minds. It's a baby and he's not even old enough to eat mashed potatoes much less garlic or oregano. Who the heck would put it in their ear. I don't have an answer for you except to keep taking him back to the doctor. It's alot of money but he's worth it. My son s suffering with one right now and it's been almost 5 days now and his fever just returned!! I'm not sure what to do:(
