Hi ,
I have read your problem,Looking to the age of child 8 weeks,2 red bumps on gums since birth. These type of gums swelling must be because of presence of PRENATAL TEETH (those present at the time of birth also).Under these bumps two teeth may be present so donot worry about that. This time only take care of pain and swelling part,Provide some analgesic and antibiotic drops (Dose should be reccomended by doctors only).Be careful, because many a time no permanent tooth bud is present under these prenatal teeth ,so preseve them ,like donot create unneccesary pressure on them.
all the best.
