Back Pain, Dizziness, Tiredness, Right Side Pain, Periods Due On 20th. When Can I Confirm If I Am Pregnant?

Hello dr.i am a 28yrs old n jave been married for two and a half yrs.i n my hubby we are planning for a child n also had an intercourse during which he released his sperm n the intercourse happened one week after my periods were finished.just few days back i have statred having backache,little diziness,get tired if i stand n work,my right also pains.is there any possiblty for me to concieve cos i have not gone for any test neither have done home test cos my periods for this month is due on 20th m i have read somewhere that early tests may show negative results bt am eagerly waiting for the news.please dr.advice

Fertile period during a 28-30 day cycle ranges from day 10-18. Unprotected intercourse during this period only can result in conception. Home pregnancy tests can give a confirmed result when performed 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. For earlier confirmation, you should go for the serum beta-hCG estimation as it is more sensitive and specific. Your symptoms can be due to very early pregnancy or premenstrual.
