Bitten By Dog. Received 3 Shots Of Anti-rabies. Again Got Bitten. Should Again Get The Anti-rabies Shots?
Hi Doctor, My daughter was bitten by her dog last month July 13, 2013 and received the 3 shots of anti-rabies, yesterday that was August 26,2013 she was bit again by her dog some scratches and one slight break of skin. The dog received rabies vaccine last sept.2012. Doctor, does my daughter need to undergo again for another 3 shots of anti rabies? Thank you very much and have a nice day ahead.

Since your daughter received the full course of medication, she would be immune and does not need another course of immunisation.
If the dog is continuing aggressive with your daughter you may need to consider professional training for it or another home with no children.
The aggression may continue or escalate if it is not addressed.
