Osteoporosis is loss of bone mass and it is caused due to calcium deficiency in the body.
Osteoporosis is common in post-menopausal females.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an immune mediated disease and is common infemales.
it affects the upper limbs in females.
Osteoporosis has to be managed by taking calcium and vitamin D in dite.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease. The drugs- glucosamine and chroitin sulphate are slow the damage to the articular cartilage and bones.
Rheumatois arthritis is managed by immunomodualtory drugs.

Since, you have mentioned that you have moved to a place with less amount of sun exposure, there will be relative deficiency of calcium and vitamin D.
Vitamin D is required for absorption of calcium.
Calcium deficiency can be the cause of extreme body infact bony pains.

Thanks and take care
