Body Pain, Nausea, Flu Symptoms After Taking Tetanus Shot, TB2 Test. Adverse Reaction To Growth Medium?

I had a couple of adverse reactions to tetanus shots. Aches, pain throughout my body, nausea and basically felt like I had the flu , without the respiratory issues. I usually decline tetanus shots now & have had no issues since. However, yesterday I had the same reaction to a TB2 test. This leads me to believe that I am actually having adverse reactions to a growth medium, instead of the vaccines. Is this possible?

I can understand your concern. Any vaccine or injection contains a number of other things apart from the active substance like tetanus toxoid or TB antigen. These substances can give rise to a reaction which you are experiencing.
