Bubbly White Foam In Mouth And Lips, Bumps On Arm. What Now?

when my two yr old son was asleep this morning and tonight i notice a thick bubbly white foam in his mouth comming over his lips. i wiped it to see if it was a smell was there but couldnt smell anything. he also has 2 or 3 different sets of bumps in groups of fives and sixes on his lefy arm and right leg at the diaper line and on his leg.

Hi I feel the two things are not connected. Regarding the rashes, they could be mosquito bites, or rashes due to allergy to any synthetic cloth or dust. Apply desonide cream over the rashes for a week. Give cetrizine syrup 3 ml only during night for 5 days
