Bumps On Butt, No Rashes, No Pain

I have been having reoccurring rash like little bumps about the size of a quarter on my butt it doesn t really itch unless scratched or rubbed against I ve been looking it up and mostly herpes comes up but it doesn t look like any of the pictures and I don t have any symptoms or rashes anywhere else. What could this be ?

Thanks for writing to us.

Rashes due to herpes infection may be due to-vitamin deficiency,poor oral hygiene.

Apply corticosteroids on the affected area.

Vitamin becosules and iron supplements has to be administered.

Plenty of fruits as well as nutritious supplements has to be administered.
