Burnt Black Spots, Rashes After Applying Skin Lite Cream. Suggest Cream Without Side Effects?
hellow sir.my name is asha. my skin clour was brown.one of my friends suggested me to alplly skinlite cream.it was effective but i got rashes and reddish colour around my nose.so i stoped using it.nw my skin have very very dark colour and a kind of burnt black spots in my face.jow can i get rid from this?plese suggests me any other cream to look brighter without side effects

Hi skinlite cream is only used for pathological conditions like melasma.post inflammatory hyperpigmentation but not for fairness of skin.even in pathological conditions it should be mixed with moisteriser and applied at night.now first we should treat the darkness by applying moisteriser twice daily and using cute.e tablets.once face attains normal color apply niltan which has least side effects only on the brown spots especially at night
