Can Epidural Steroid Injections Reduce Chronic Tietze S Syndrome?

I have severe chronic Tietze s syndrome. I ve had Epidural Steroid injections last year and again this year. Last ones were injected 2 1/2 weeks ago. I am already experiencing pain. Is there anything else I could try. This is my eighth year of terrible pain! Please help!

Hello,

You can try anaesthetic patch like bupivacaine patch. Epidural shots are not recommended for long-term use.
