Headache is a common side effect of oxetol. This side effect tend to disappear after a few weeks. This drug can also cause vomiting, abdominal pain, tremors in about 10 % of patients. Very rarely the drug can cause low sodium level in the blood. Except this very rare adverse effect, the drug is relatively safe and if these two drugs control the epileptic seizures of your son, I feel that you should continue them regularly.
