Can I Be Pregnant If Uterus Is Bulky, Anteverted, And Non-gravid?

I had utralsound yesterday, the result is this. THE UTERUS IS BULKY,ANTEVERTED AND NON-GRAVID,MEASURING ABOUT 133.0*54MM IN LENGTH AND AP DIAMETER RESPECTIVELY. it has regular outline and homogenous myometrial echogenicity. The endometrial plate is normal. Nil of any pathological significance is noted in adnexae and the POD. the liver,gallbladder, spleen,pancreas and kidney are normal in sizes,shapes and echo pattern. The bowels are of normal diameters and echo pattern,showing normal peristalsis. My question is, (1) can I be pregnant again? (2) is there any treatment for me?

Hi and welcome to HCM,

Your reports are fine except for the size of the uterus which is slightly bigger. However other histories like menstrual history and number of children, age are all important for correlation as this may be a normal finding in some women.
If you are ovulating properly and periods are regular then you may get pregnant.

Please provide the above history for a better consultation. Also if you are attempting pregnancy start folic acid tablets to aid in the brain growth of the baby.
