Can I Stop Taking Zeptol If I Don T An Epileptic Attack?

Befor 2 years i was epileptic than I m having zeptol 200cr from 2 years these days i reduced dose now only 1/2 tab.in a day so can i leave now .. I dint get fit from 2years cause of zeptol. I dont have any problem this days but i dont know should i leave or not?

I read your question carefully and I understand your wish to be drug free.

If you are taking only half a tablet a day I would say it is as if you were not taking any treatment at all, I doubt that dose reaches a therapeutic level in your blood. So I guess you can stop taking it after all although an EEG would be recommended beforehand to evaluate brain activity.
That doesn't mean you did the right thing reducing it, that is done usually when the patient is seizure free for at least two years, so you mean you did take a risk, but you were lucky.

I hope you will remain seizure free.

I think you should not stop the drug. Usually it has to be taken for three years even if there is no fit.
