Can I Take Becozinc, Medixon And Sulfur Sardine For Inflammatory Bowel Disease?

Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka and have been diagnosed with the health problem of Inflamatory Bowel Disease (IBD). I'm on medication for that for about 6-7 weeks now and am taking Becozinc, Medixon and Sulfar Saridine at the moment. I just found out that I am also pregnant (around 6 weeks).

I would like to know if there will be any adverse effects to the baby?

* As per my clinical experience, the Becozinc can be taken in pregnancy.
* The Medixon and sulfur sardine further intake should be stopped until discussion with your treating physician.
