Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* This report indicates minor urinary tract infection .

* Rocephine 1 gm is antbiotic ceftriaxone can help in infection control ,
but has no role to play in flank pain .

* Flank pain requires molecules as diclofenac , dicyclomine or
drotaverine according to the clinical evaluation of your doctor and
further sonography to find out underlying calculus if any .

Wishing you fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further queries .

Regards .
