Can I Try Otrivin For 7 Months Old With Stuffy Nose As Physiomer Spray Didn't Work?

Hi Doctor
My son is 7 mnth old and he has a very strong runny nose
no fever or anything but his nose is stuffy and i tried Physiomer spray (sea water thing) but no results...his eyes are red and his nose is blocked
was thinking about giving him Otrivin children 0.05%

I suggest you not to use otrivin as it contains Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline drug which is not indicated in your kid's age. It can result in rebound stuffy nose.
