Can Productive F Tablets Be Taken Along With Thyroid Tablets?
Hello Doctor, I am a 28 year old married female. I am trying for conceiving since last 8 months. Last month I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. My TSH level was 5.36. I am on thyroid hormone medication (50 microgram) since last one month. This month doctor have advised me to take thyroid tablets and also Productive F tablets. Please suggest me can I take both the tablets together or I have to maintain some time gap between both the tablets. And also plz tell me whether I have to take these tablets with empty stomach or with food. My Menstrual cycles are regular. Thanks and Regards, Manisha.

Hello,
Your inability to conceive seems to be due to hypothyroidism.
Once your thyroid levels in blood become all right,you shall stand a good chance to conceive.
Ideally TSH should come between 2-3.
As far as PRODUCTVE F is concerned it is a multivitamin tablet and helps supporting in attaining good health.
While thyroid medication is supposed to be taken on empty stomach in morning,PRODUCTIVE F should be taken after meals.You can take it daily after your breakfast.
Make sure that you don't eat anything for 2 hours after taking thyroid medicine in morning on empty stomach.
