Can A Person Who Had Epispadia Enjoy His Sexual Life ?

My brother has EPISPADIA at childhood and get operated at age of 7.Now he is 29 yrs and get married 3 months back . I want to know that will he able to enjoy his sexual life as normal person?

An epispadias is a rare type of malformation of the penis in which the urethra ends in an opening on the upper aspect (the dorsum) of the penis.
u need not to worry at all as he can enjoy sexual activity normally.
once epispadia treated ,it does not cause sexual dysfunction.
use of condom make it more easier.
