Born With Bladder Exstrophy And Epispadia. Normal Sexual Life Possible?

hello, i am 19 years old, i was born with bladder exstrophy and epispadia. i use a catheter to urinate. i am unsure about my sexual life and urinating of course, my penis was not repaired at all after all these years, it doesnt look normally. i read somewhere that people with epispadia have normal sexual life but my doctor says that that there is no way to repair exstrophy and epispadia. i am really confused about all these things. thanks for replies.

This is a myth, there are surgeries in today's advanced medical world, for the correction of epi and hypospadia's.

Sexual life should be normal even with the presence of epispadia's, but fertility might be reduced, which is why correction (surgical) of epispadia's is recommended. Please visit another doctor, preferably a surgeon or a urologist, who will surely guide you towards the right management technique.
