Can Acidity Cause Constant Burping And Passing Gas?

hi doc my mom aged 68 has this constant burping n passing gas since a monthshe is active a teacher n her diet is vegetarian n not oily or spicy what could be the cause of this she is very uncomfortable could she have very high level acidity or ulcers in stomach pls advice

With regards to your mom symptoms it may be caused from hiper acidity, dyspeptic syndrome, gallbladder problems.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend to start PPi like omeprazole.
