Can Adult Tylenol Help To Reduce Headaches In Kids?

I have a 9 year old son who weighs 67 lbs. He is complaining of a really bad headache and unfortunately I do not have any children s Tylenol or Motrin. I need to find out if I am able to give him the adult Tylenol or Motrin by cutting it in half or fourths?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Tylenol dose is 15 mg/kg body weight/dose.
You can give adult tablet to your son after breaking it proportionate to the boy's requirement.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
