Can Anti Diarrhea Tablet Be Taken With Movicol?

i have been prescribed movicol to counteract constipation as i am on codeine and diazapam for disc related severe back pain.
i have been taking the movicol as no bowel motions for 4 days, but now have persistant gurgling tummy and diarrhea.
can i take an anti diarrhea tablet to stop this or should i just let it run its course? i stoped taking movicol 6 hours ago

if ur having diarrhea then stop movicol. u should have more fiber in ur diet like green leafy vegetable and friuts . fiber helps in bowel regulation . dont go for anti diarrhea tablet. stop movicol
