Can Burning While Urinating A Week After Broken Ankle Surgery Caused By Yeast Infection Or Staphylococcus Infection On The Ankle?

I've had surgery on my broken ankle 5 weeks ago. After about 1 week I started having burning in the area where I urinate. They gave me meds for a yeast infection - I still had some buring so I went to a doctor and she said I didn't have a yeast infection. The buring may have been from when they cleaned area before surgery. I have used Estrace cream, Calmoseptine & A&D cream. It was better, but 2 days ago they said I had a Staphy;ococcus Hominis infection on my ankle & started me on antibio in my blood. This morning I felt the burning and need to go again, but didn't really need to go.

Hi. The urinary problem may not be associated with the ankle problem as you must be receiving the best antibiotic cover. Burning can be due to local infection or even an allergic reaction to some local application. I would advise you to see an Urologist.
