Can Ccam Prenatally Cause Breathing Difficulties In An Infant?

Hi, my 6 week old daughter was diagnosed with ccam prenatally and is awaiting a MRI scan. Over the last couple of weeks she's been having some breathing difficulties and is now starting to struggle to feed. My health visitor has told me not to worry as she's still gaining weight but I can't help thinking that something is not right. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Kind regards,

Nikki.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The protocol which I follow is post natal Ct or mri scan and operate depending on the findings.

I also operate at the earliest if there is respiratory symptoms like tachypnea and respiratory distress.

Take care
