Can Computer Radiations Cause Epilepsy?

Hi, is it possible that epilepsy is caused by computer radiation? I have a friend who's had epilepsy 3 times in school this school year. And if yes, how to prevent it from happening again?

1st - Early December, during computer lesson
2nd- Mid February, 5 mins after computer lesson
3rd - End May, while playing table tennis (but he's been using his laptop about 1 and a half hour before that)
